Coating system:High accuracy and equalized coating in extrusion,with metering pump infinitely variable control the volume of glue.the coberage is uniform and the process of coating is easy to control. Baking system:It has a whole stainless steel enclosed cabinet with cubig(or plate) S shape baking flum.It adopts the process of gradient temperature.It is digitally SCR temperature control,accuracy is better than ±1oC. Cut system:Human-machine interace of MISUBISHI PLC control,adopts Japanese Yaskawa servo positioning system. Accurcy of fixed length≤±0.3mm,diagonal error≤±1mm.
